Postage/shipping charges are calculated at checkout, and are subject to VAT. We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over £50, with the exception of heavy low profit items such as bricks of playing cards. Our site changes regularly. We aim to update our site regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.
You will receive an order acknowledgement telling you when your goods are pocesseed and when they have beeen shipped – If you wish to cancel the order, please let us know by email (and in any case within 14 calendar days) to info@propdog.co.uk. Items that are in stock are usually despatched and arrive at their destination within 1-3 working days.
If for any reason we have been unable to deliver your goods within 30 days or to agree a mutually satisfactory forward delivery date, you have the right to cancel your order.
All items are subject to availability. If the price of the goods increases between the date we accept your order and the delivery date, we will let you know and ask you to confirm by e-mail that the new price is acceptable. If it is not acceptable, then you have the right to cancel your order.
Orders for delivery to the UK will be subject to VAT. Orders delivered outside of the EU are shipped tax free. Orders within the EU are shipped VAT free on receipt of a valid VAT number.
All products sold by PropDog Ltd outside the UK are sold on a delivery and duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing an order for international delivery.
